Here are some questions our learners ask!
Do I need a computer? Can I just use my phone?
We strongly recommend that you use a computer for your courses! Some of our lessons do not load properly on phones or they can be hard to read. If you do not have a computer, a tablet can also work. Learners have more success when they use a bigger screen and full keyboard.

Do I need a high-speed Internet connection?
Yes, we recommend a high speed Internet connection for our lessons and courses to work properly.

Do I need speakers?
Yes, most of our courses have videos with audio. We do work hard to include captions for those that need or prefer them. You will also need speakers if you register for a Live Class or meet with your Practitioner online.
Do I need a microphone?
You will need a microphone if you register for Live Classes. If you don’t have a microphone, you can still listen to the instructor using your speakers, but a microphone makes communicating easier. You will also need a microphone if you meet with your Practitioner online.
Do I need a web camera?
You do not need a camera but you might want one for Live Classes or if you meet with your Practitioner online.
Who do I ask for help if I have questions?
Once you are registered, you will begin working with an Online Practitioner. Your LearningHUB Practitioner will answer any questions you have about courses, your progress, problems and everything in between!
How do I log in?
Your LearningHUB Practitioner will send you login instructions for your courses after your registration is complete.
Where can I work on my courses? Where can I attend Live Classes?
You can work on your courses or join classes anywhere that you have access to a computer and the Internet. If you don’t have a computer with the Internet at home, you can go to your local learning centre, Employment Ontario office, a library, a friend's house, etc.
Will you tell my classroom instructor how I am doing?
If you include your classroom instructor’s contact information on your registration form, the LearningHUB staff will include them on all emails about your progress, login information, answers to your questions, etc.
