1. Check your eligibility. 

To apply for this Employment Ontario program, you must

• be an Ontario resident

• be 18 years or older

• have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Temporary SINs that begin with 9 must be current and you must be a

• Refugee with an open work permit or

• Refugee Claimant with an open work permit or

• Permanent Resident

Your SIN will be encrypted to protect your privacy.
After we enter it into the Employment Ontario Case Management System it is deleted from our records.

2. Complete a registration form.  

Complete the registration form to apply for the LearningHUB program.  

Your personal information will be kept safe and secure.

Remember to answer all required questions and submit your form when you get to the end.
