Industry Canada's Community Access Program (CAP) gives thousands of Canadians affordable access to the Internet in places like schools, community centres and libraries. It provides access to those people who might not have computers or Internet access in their homes or workplaces. Call 1-800-575-9200 to find a CAP site near you!

elearnnetwork.ca has 17 centres in Eastern, Central and Western Ontario open to the general public to increase access to online training opportunities. If you do not have a computer with a reliable Internet connection at home, or you prefer to learn in a supervised setting, call an elearnnetwork.ca site near you to book a computer for your online course.
