  1. I'm having problems with my computer?

    Sometimes an outdated web browser or older computer can cause problems when trying to interactive web content. To ensure that your web browser isn't causing your problems, click this link LearningHUB Browser Checkup Tool. A new window will open with a report that will tell you if your browser or other software is causing your problems.

  2. Who can help me if I have problems logging into a Live Class?

    If you have trouble logging into your Live Class, call the Contact North Technical Support hotline at 1-888-850-4628 for assistance.

  3. Who can help me if my microphone doesn’t work during my Live Class?

    If your microphone isn’t working after you log into your Live Class, complete the Audio Wizard and re-test your microphone. If that doesn’t work you can try unplugging your microphone and plugging it back in to refresh the connection. If these tips don’t work you can call the Contact North Technical Support hotline at 1-888-850-4628 for assistance.

  4. What can I do if I don’t have a microphone for my Live Class?

    If you don’t have a microphone for your Live Class, you can use the text chat feature in Centra to send your instructor messages during your class. Using a microphone is easier to communicate with your fellow classmates and your instructor but text chat is a good back up if you have trouble using your microphone.

  5. Who can help me if I have trouble downloading Independent Study programs and logging into my account?

    If you have any problems with your Independent Study courses you should contact your LearningHUB practitioner for help. If you have a technical support question that can’t be answered by your LearningHUB practitioner, your question will be sent to the LearningHUB’s technical support practitioner.  LearningHUB staff will respond to learner requests within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday.  Responses cannot be guaranteed on weekends or holidays but will be provided the next business day. 

  6. What if I lose my LearningHUB practitioner’s contact information?

    If you lose your LearningHUB practitioners contact information, email info.learninghub@gmail.com or call 519-482-1700 x 206 to request the information you are looking for.
